FM-based Broadcasts: From suitable aerials over cutting and noise reduction to encoding parameters - the FM guide.
Suitable Tuners: Sony SRF-59. It's actually a small portable radio that runs off a AA battery but has very good reception, clean bass response, and low backround hiss. Fairly cheap for the sound too.
