- lots of changes: lame3.98b6 is now the default encoder at TMB as it shows a MUCH improved VBR behavior
- --vbr-new is no longer necessary as lame3.98b6 uses --vbr-new by default
- lame 3.98b6 hasn't officially been announced as the recommended encoder at HA.org although it is inofficially already considered to be the best one; this has to do with GPL licensing questions
